When I was checking out, no acknowledgement was addressed to us, which we were kind of awkwardly having to bring it up and see if there was anything that they could do to compensate, and they offered no more than a 10% off our very pricey bill. Not to mention how it took over an hour, from when we went down to front desk to get into our room, they called housekeeping, security, and maintenance who were able to manually unhinge the lock from the wall to free the door in. It was noted to us by multiple employees that when closing the door the lock can sometime swing itself shut, I quote "It happens sometimes", which I find unsetting.
